Rooms are for living in first
Storage, light, circulation and how the room is used at 7 am and 11 pm come before finishes. A room that works is what makes a room feel calm.
The studio
A design and build studio in Kondhwa, Pune.
Neelansh Interior & Developers designs homes, restaurants, stores and workplaces and sees them through construction. We are a young studio with a simple rule: the room you approve on screen is the room we hand over.

How we work
Four things we hold to.
Show it before you build it
Every project is drawn and rendered in 3D before an order is placed. You approve a picture of the room, not a description of one.
Details hold the room together
Shadow gaps, the height of a switch, where a light channel ends: the small decisions are the ones you notice every day.
Built on listening
Clear drawings, clear costs and clear conversation. We listen first, explain our reasoning, and respect the vision you bring to the project.

A note from the studio
A note from the studio
We see design as a disciplined creative process: imagination, structure and an understanding of materials, carried from the first sketch to the finished room.
Every space is a different problem, and we approach each one with curiosity, attention and a commitment to getting the details right. The studio is built on thoughtful design, honest collaboration and work that lasts.
