Project Dusk

A retail space for ceramics, sculpture and decor. The walls are washed in a warm rust tone with long floating timber shelves, so the objects sit in a continuous band of colour rather than on furniture.

Three backlit display tables form the centre of the room. Above, the ceiling is left exposed with its ducting and conduit painted red, lit by black track spots that keep attention on the shelves.

The window vitrine is a room within a room: a curved backdrop, a neon sign, a papasan chair and a tan carpet that reads from the street.
